Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (for cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit).

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
