Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (for cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit).
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost to you.
